After the 6-month ban imposed on him for his ride on Courtroom Magic on Race Meeting 4 of 2024, which he has appealed against, Jockey J Bardottier has today been suspended another 3 Race Meetings by the Racing Stewards of the Horse Racing Division, following an inquiry on interferences occurred during Race 3 of Race Meeting 6 of 2024, while he was riding Horse Ninotto.
Jockey Bardottier was charged for a contravention of Rule 43.2.2, pleaded guilty, and was found guilty as charged by the Racing Stewards.
He has the right of appeal against the penalty imposed.
