The Horse Racing Division informs all its licensees and the public in general that it will start receiving applications for Racing Season 2024, as from 1st December 2023 up to 20th December 2023 for the following:
(i) renewal of yearly licences; and
(ii) fresh applications for the issue of new licences.
Applications forms can be downloaded on the Horse Racing Division’s website under the section ‘Downloadable forms’, or can be obtained at the HRD’s office, located at Mezzanine Floor, Happy World House, corner Sir William Newton Street and Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam Street (ex-Desforges), Port-Louis.
Applicants shall submit all relevant documents needed for each licence. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
