The Gambling Regulatory Authority Board has today suspended the Personal Management Licence of Trainer and Owner Mr. Vincent Allet with immediate effect.
Following this decision, Mr. Allet can no longer hold a licence to train and own horses.
Consequently, all the horses of Mr. Allet are scratched for Race Meeting 17, to be run on Saturday 15 July 2023.
The scratched horses are as follows:
- Opague (Race 4)
- Grand Vision (Race 5)
- Holy Warrior and Favour (Race 6)
- Marauding (Race 7)
Monies placed with fixed odds bookmakers on the abovenamed horses are to be refunded, bets are cancelled and reopened in the respective races.
For the Tote, bets are refunded after the official results in the respective races, except where they are replaced by Tote Favourites.
For People’s Tote, all bets are refunded with immediate effect.
