After his great-uncle Ram Ruhee in the 80s, Dr. Vicky Ruhee revived the hoponymous stable. The veterinarian was granted a trainer’s license by the Horse Racing Committee, at their meeting on March 3. He submitted an acceptable business plan, then passed the HRD trainer’s exam, followed by an interview and an inspection of his stables.
